By creating an account or using CardSwaps, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 16 years old to use CardSwaps. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
CardSwaps is a platform that connects traders — we do not hold, ship, verify, or guarantee any cards or payments. You trade directly with other users. CardSwaps is not a party to any trade and is not responsible for disputes, undelivered cards, misrepresented condition, counterfeit cards, or any loss arising from a trade.
Completing a trade is an agreement between you and the other user. We strongly recommend meeting in person for local trades or using a tracked shipping method for remote trades.
Trades may include a monetary component agreed upon between users. Any money exchanged is directly between users — CardSwaps does not process payments and accepts no responsibility for money sent or received outside the app.
You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload to CardSwaps. By uploading content, you grant CardSwaps a license to display it within the app. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you post and that it does not violate anyone else's rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules at our sole discretion.
CardSwaps has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, harassing, or otherwise harmful to other users or the community.
Reporting objectionable content: You can report any message or user directly within the app. To report a message, long-press it in any conversation and select "Report." To report a user, visit their profile, tap the menu icon (⋯) in the top-right corner, and select "Report." All reports are sent immediately to CardSwaps for review.
Blocking abusive users: You can block any user from their profile page. Blocking immediately removes that user from your trade feed, search results, and all conversations. All pending and active trades and messages between you and the blocked user are deleted instantly on both sides.
Developer response: CardSwaps will review all reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior and will act within 24 hours. Action may include removal of the offending content, suspension of the user's account, or permanent termination of the account depending on the severity of the violation.
Content filtering: CardSwaps uses automated profanity filtering on user-generated profile content and actively monitors reports to maintain a safe community.
By consenting to SMS during registration, you agree to receive account-related text messages from CardSwaps, including password reset codes and email change verification codes. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
CardSwaps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any card data or pricing information is accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardSwaps and CardSwap LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any losses resulting from trades, card transactions, or interactions with other users.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Pokémon card images displayed in CardSwaps are the property of The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, and their respective licensors. CardSwaps is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company. All Pokémon-related trademarks and images are the property of their respective owners.
One Piece Card Game images displayed in CardSwaps are the property of Bandai Co., Ltd. and their respective licensors. CardSwaps is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bandai. All One Piece-related trademarks and images are the property of their respective owners.
CardSwaps uses Google and Apple sign-in services for authentication. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. CardSwaps is not responsible for the availability or conduct of any third-party service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
